Good day lifting. Up in Flat bench. DB presses were good to. Pushups I lasted longer than last time. I did NOT want to do this workout today. I got a little burned out mentally on last weeks work.

It's a new month!  This will be month 2 or so since I've been able to stick with a solid, frequent routine.  Yes, you ask 'what about the bike?'...we'll save the bike for some more video's.  The bike is just one of those things where I need just a little bit more time to fit in the schedule.  I don't want to push it until spring.  Though when it gets cold, I will be spinning indoors like last year.

This month I hope to do some 30min swims.  But I will be maxing out at this level for the winter as I focus on the strength program.  I think I plan to get up to an hour of running for the long run over winter.  The indoor trainer probably 20-30minutes just due to time constraints when I go.
