CD: Hotub. It was most excellant today, the longer the siwm is the better the hot-tub'n.

This was just the swim I needed to get some drive back.

Indoor track. BOOOORING. I decided to make up my missed run and also see if my ring was in lost and found...halfway there my wife calls saying our son found it. Though I wish I didnt accidentally break the downstairs sink in taking off the very old and, corroded, trap.

It's been a bad day.  Figured out my wedding ring is not on my finger...I may have lost it in the pool yesterday.  I missed my run as I have been running behind on a ton of stuff.

2008 is going to have to change.

I'm tired. Big day back in the pool. The drills took a lot more out of me than I expected. It didn't help that I have lost a lot of endurance lately either.

Back when I was training for my first oly, I got the TI swimming book.  I just couldn't get into it without actually seeing a drill done correctly.  I couldn't relate to the words.  So I have been grinding out the yards ever since, with little improvement in time.

Well, now that I can actually see what constitutes a good drill, I incorporated them into todays swim.  They made the time go fast to say the least.  Time will tell if I improve upon my pace.  The trip to CO was kinda fruitful...

Mid 40's. Not as cold as I thought but the trails were certainly mucky.

I violated my '2 day' rule today.

I'm just slowly working myself to death...that's what it really comes down too.  I seem to create things and start ideas that make me more busy instead of less...it's becoming more-and-more an endless loop.

Friday - November 30

The cold has subsided.  It was a Nyquil night and will be tonight too.  Appetite hasn't gone away that is for sure.
