Ira trailhead towards Peninsula. Perfect running day. It was a perfect 1 hour run. Fueled, hydrated, cool outside. No little pains. Aerobic capacity kept up perfectly. Never had to breath hard.

Mentally preparing for my 1 hour run today...it has been a long time since I did this duration...a very long time.

Glorious rest day.  Then recovery week next week.
