First real snow of the year...getting psyched for the 1 hour 10 minute run today.

Post's like Fishrcutb8 really do warm the heart.  It's good to see stuff like this and is a reminder of how special this place really is and how we really strive to keep it that way to the best of our abilities.

Look at that...I have definitely exceeded my 2007 training totals.  I'm actually (knock on wood) have a really balanced plan for my current lifestyle and strength training...I'm actually doing great on it. SBR 2x per week, Strength 3-5x per week.  Not really sore, long swims aren't a drudgery as I don't have to swim 3x per week like I have tried in the past.  I'M IN PERFECT BALANCE.  Plus you probably haven't seen me throw up a 1hour 10minute run since...ohh...never.

I'm still a slow triathlete...but it's working!

Oh beautiful rest week this week!

Off day...should have done shoulders and tri's but will make those up Sunday.
