4/4 breathing. Did 5/5 on last 100. First set had me thinking that it was going to be a tough workout, shoulder muscles felt sluggish - like I slept on them wrong. They loosened and it turned out to be a good workout and confidence builder for the upcoming river swim - esp since I have only gotten in 2 swims per week.
