Working on creating a few of the membership pages.  I also sent some final revisions for the forums, several based on user feedback.  Talked with Competitor Group on a few things.

I AM REALLY PSYCHED ON THE NEW WEBSITE.  It looks great, the live mockups are very simple and elegant and the best thing is that integrated user feedback is EVERYWHERE.

I am taking a new tactic on my runs. Since I am not looking to go up a lot in volume, I seem to do better with two days of rest in between runs. So I will be running twice a week and see how it will work. Recovery seems a lot better.
