Busy.  This week was light on workouts as I built a unibeam swingset for my kids.  It is 10' tall, two 8.5" swings.  I used two 14' 6"x6" for the poles and a two 10'x2'x8' beams sandwiched together for the swing support.  I used 18 bags of concrete and dug the 4' holes by hand.  I am sore, hence very little workouts.

They love it!
