With family, beautiful sunset.

Kinda funny.  I was watching the Tour de France last night with my wife and it dawned on me the total lack of female participation.  I mentioned it to her though we were too lazy to go online and search for it. I was unsure of why (basic physical characteristics preventing the power to qualify) or if there was some  'men only' rule out their somewhere.

I'm devoting a lot more time to strength training this summer.  5x per week.  I have been slacking off since the beginning of this year and I feel it.  Getting this new BT live has taken a toll. Time to get strong again and have the muscle to burn the calories of my late night binge eating.
