Awesome run today. Mid afternoon, nobody on the trails...sunny....hot...bugs are singing their late summer songs. Perfect.

Shoulder is a little painful under stress of strength exercises...going to skip strength through the weekend and let it recover.  I had been working them hard the last few weeks.
