I felt good the whole and it was beautiful outside. I did feel it in my left calf for the last few miles, but it wasn't particularly painful. I just need to give it a rest, no hard stuff this week.

TrainerRoad-Balcony An interesting ride. I tried UCAN 1/2 hour before the ride, and just sipped water for the first 1 1/2 hours, or so. By about 2 hours in, I could definitely feel I was losing something, so I ate a Bonk Breaker. Then, at about the 2 1/2 hour mark, I took a Gu and was sipping an electrolyte drink. I felt good at the end, no soreness or nausea, and I was starving enough to eat a bagel sandwich. But I can say that I'm not sure about nothing but UCAN for 2 hours.

It was a good ride, but my legs are definitely feeling it from this week, especially Sunday, obviously. I've got to let my left calf get all better, it's definitely feeling strained. Nothing to worry about though.
