Well, this was one hell of a day! It was the last really long ride, and I wanted to get a century in and get to Brevard. So, that turned out to be about 110 miles. It was a long day. Also, I forgot my HR monitor, which sucks because I'd love to have that data. Really, the toughest part of the day was stomach issues. Basically, the whole ride back I was a little nauseated, and my whole stomach felt like one big cramp on the run. It's not totally intolerable, but it's definitely my biggest issue right now. I've got to get it figured out...What a day!

Man, my legs are fried! My HR was fine for the whole run, but my legs are just beat all to hell. All in all, it wasn't a bad run, I'm just ready to start recuperating! One more hard week and then it's taper time :)
