1st ride using Perpetuem, and it seemed to go pretty well. It was long, and my legs were pretty fried to begin with, but I seemed to tolerate the Perpetuem really well. I did feel a little wonky toward the end, but it's hard to tell exactly what was going on since I did have some Skittles and a Pepsi about 1/2 hour before the end. Overall, Perpetuem gets a thumbs up from me.

Stupid watch isn't pairing right, but I managed to upload the file directly from the file on my Mac. Today's run was great: I felt good; we decided to be conservative and stick with 7 miles, and even managed to push hard for the last mile to get down to about 7"/mile. Good times.
