A good run! The weather felt great, temp was perfect, and even though my legs were tired from yesterday, we were able to push hard at the end. A great run!

1st ride using Perpetuem, and it seemed to go pretty well. It was long, and my legs were pretty fried to begin with, but I seemed to tolerate the Perpetuem really well. I did feel a little wonky toward the end, but it's hard to tell exactly what was going on since I did have some Skittles and a Pepsi about 1/2 hour before the end. Overall, Perpetuem gets a thumbs up from me.
