hospital loop followed by small loop
not a bad run. first mile was over 9 minutes (and i think that the second and possibly third were around 9min/mile) because I was trying to work the kinks out of the right leg. that same spot was tweaking again, but not stabbing. once i got it warmed up it subsided to an occasional reminder, but not a big issue. First 8.11 miles in 1:09:15. Last 2.7 in 22:35. Rolled and stretched and now have compression sleeves on the calves.

10 x 50 on 1:00
100 easy breast
5 x 100 on 2:00

back in the pool. Overall a good swim (a very good swim considering I haven't been in the pool in weeks). Kick set was 3:51 !!! Pull set 3:40. Hit all the intervalls. None less than 5 seconds of rest (those were on the 50's) Stretched on the pool deck afterwards
