today shall be a rest day. that is what my body (knees, back, shoulders, etc) said to me this morning. So, i am resting. by being at work at 6:30 a.m. Well, I'm not running or swimming. so that's resting. right?

ms: 3x200 free on 4:00, 100 breast easy, 5x100 free on 2:00
cd: 200 easy as 50 free, 50 back, 50 breast, 50 free
monday morning swim is done. as yesterday, a tough mental and physical workout. The body is tired. Where the body goes, so goes the mind. Glad i got it done.

tough tough run. mentally and physically tough to start and tough to complete. body didn't approach feeling good until around the 9 mile mark. one of those mental toughness/exhaustion runs. completes a long weekend of running. almost 33 miles over 2 days.

2 hospital loops and a small loop, each time back to the driveway

small loop 23:10
long run for the week. got going later than i intended. first hospital loop z1, second z2, small loop z1 overall a good run. first hospital loop was a tad slower than it should have been, but the body is tired.
