3 loops around Bass Lake w/ Wilson 10 min easy 6 x 30 seconds hard/90 sec recovery
then up to Cone Manor on left side down shortside on right, then 221 t0 321 to Flat Top Road
longish run. Started with the boys. Their work out was 10 minutes easy then 6 x 30 seconds hard w/ 90 seconds recovery, remainder steady. Ran with Wilson and let William go ahead. 3 loops around Bass Lake. Then up to the Manor and back down the other side (short way). Then down 221 to town and through town to 321. Followed it to the BRP but got off on Flat Top Road. Up Flat Top Road to the cabin. after the loops at Bass Lake, had 2.75 miles up hill, then 1.2 down. Last 1.6 miles or so were up hill. Tough hill workout.

nothing today. in the office at 6:30 a.m. trying to get stuff done so i can enjoy the mountains this weekend. the forecast for that is not great right now
