good swim to start the week.  water temps back to training area at 82.  all the intervals were good.  feel sort of dense on the diet side.  not a healthy eating weekend.  these swim meets never are

woke up late (5:30) so I didn't run the planned hospital loop.  Not a great run, but it was the run I needed.  left leg took about a mile to unlock, so to speak.  very humid out.

should have put the bike on the trainer in the garage this morning.  there was thunder out and about, so that was a good option. didn't happen.  this will probably end up being a recovery day
