2 laps on FHP
Tuesday morning bike ride. Still don't have a definative distance of the new exit/on ramps at the end of FHP. My best guess is that they add .2 to each lap, but i need to confirm that. Today was basically two 4.4 mile intervals into the wind and 2 4.4 mile recoveries with the wind. Good ride. Long way to go to get the bike fitness back

Monday morning swim. Body was tired from yesterday, but plowed on. Kick was 7:40. Pulls were 2:23, 2:25 and 2:31. 200's were 2:45-2:52 range. 100s were in the 1:51 up to 1:57 range. Thought I would end up with some sort of continuous swim, but managed to avoid that, ever so slightly.
