day 1 of 6 of 2 hours of running.  good run.  legs felt good.  wore tri top under my shirt.  trying to work out how to carry back up nutrition during this run.  probably a little fast, but that will all slow down as the week goes on

good run.  as hillier than yesterday but a safer run.  This route has a shoulder/sidewalk all along it, so not as much grass running today.

much hillier run than i thought it would be when i started.  slightly over 775 feet of climbing.  went a little further that intended but i needed a place to turn around that i could find on the map later.  good run. slower due to the climbing and being 5th day of running in a row.  overall just what i needed.

Bain's 127 run plus down the culdesac and back

much faster than I thought it would be given the hills.  much cooler (high 60's) still really humid.  turned around at 52 minutes and negative split back to the house so I added the culdesac
