blah run/slog.  carry over from yesterday's finish.  no energy.  definately time for a 2 day recovery period and taper.  going to monitor my weight a little more carfully.  this is awfully low.  haven't weighed in several weeks so I don't know if that is where it has been or if it dipped in the past few days.  That might explain the lack of zip on the last two runs

Started this run about 13 hours after finishing the last one.  well the wheels fell of on that one.  Of the last 30 minutes, i walked at least 15 of them.  didn't drink enough yesteday evening to deal with the humidty.  Otherwise a good run.  added the 25 minutes that i didn't get in yesterday

had to cut the run short due to the lightning.  The time above doesn't include 15 minutes standing on people's porches to avoid various lightning storms.  Did get to run in driving cold rain which was fun.  The shoes got real heavy though :)  Overall not a bad run.  Will add 30 minutes to tomorrow's run to even it all out.

Good run.  Had a spot on the ball of my right foot that bothered me all day yesterday and was still noticable this morning.  Once I got going it was fine.  This run was too fast.  And I really tried to slow it down after the first 30 minutes when I was ahead of even Tuesday's run.  I did run out of gel with an hour to go.  Oops. 

Tomorrow with be heat acclimation.  Not running to later in the afternoon due to other commitments.  Then Im going to turn around and run Sunday morning early.  Legs should love that :)

day 1 of 6 of 2 hours of running.  good run.  legs felt good.  wore tri top under my shirt.  trying to work out how to carry back up nutrition during this run.  probably a little fast, but that will all slow down as the week goes on
