Really good Cybex full-body circuit today. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

Going to try and get a run in today if I can, but we have a team metting after class to work on a presentation, so I don't know how long that's going to last.

Horrible run. I was tired, sore, exhausted.... I tried slowing it down to get my HR down, but it kept going up. Finally decided it just wasn't worth it. Just going to chalk it up to a bad run and move on.

June 15

Finally able to get back on line. Our barracks internet is out...again. And we haven't been back over the computer lab the last few days.

The race went fine, but I really blew the swim. And it was freakin' pool swim!!! But my bike and run were ok considering the hills and shin splints, so it turned out alright. I think I was 12th or 13th overall, but that's out of 25, so MOP, and last time I checked, I think my bike split was 6th or 7th orverall, so I'm pretty happy about that. Still waiting for them to post the results. I'll do the race report then.
