Practiced several ways of sighting (after watching youtube videos). :) What seemed most natural for me was to keep the sighting separate from my breathing. So I sighted in between my left breath and right breath, when my right arm was coming forward for the stroke. Did maybe 12 or so laps to get comfortable with it.

(Not back-to-back with the swim). Did 2 minutes hard run, 1 minute jog for 21 minutes, then moved to 2 minutes hard run, 2 minutes jog. I was running at 10pm but it was still quite warm. :( Should be better tomorrow and next week!
Among other things, I tried sprinting as fast as I could for 50 meters. I did it twice and got 47 seconds both times. I definitely wouldn't be able to sustain that pace for very long but it was interesting to try.

Hill repeats (+ running to/from park about a half mile each way) in my running class! The rest of the class did 12 each but I only did 5 because I don't want to be sore for my race tomorrow. I felt like such a slacker just chilling while they kept at it. :P
