1/4/1, middle 4 @ 9:00 pace. Actually hit it pretty much dead-on. It was 73 and sunny and WOW did it feel tough to run in that! I am encouraged that I was able to hold a 9:00 pace in what felt like blazing heat.

Rather chilly hike in Minnewaska State Park. Was not expecting the TOTALLY FROZEN lake and hiking on ice. :) Lots of up and down, big cliffs with sweeping views, and so forth.
