This past few days have been crazy busy with some coaching projects, reviewing/chatting with new applicants for coaching, etc. I am looking forward to relax and maybe grab a beer with friends but nothing crazy. Tomorrow I ma back to CX racing as there are just a few more weeks left in the season. |

Didi a short VO2 max trainer sessions as I still not feeling 100%, I am almost there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For 2010 I'll be the Boston Triathlon Team Athletics Director leading coaching training groups and other sporting events. I am readlly excited for this opportunity as the team has over 150 active members in different endurance sports. It will be a fun year! |

I just joined the Blue Hill Cycling team (best part it is sponsored by Harpoon beer ) to race road races and CycloCross next season! Now I need to place well in the last few races of the CX season so I can earn some points and CAT up next year. Also I need to plan a few cycling stage races to include in my 2010 Annual Training Plan. Between running, triathlon and now cycling + cyclocross who has time for an off-season |
