Core strenght training. -> upper and lower body. 3 sets per muscle, 15 reps, low weight. Combined one upper body muscle with one lower body muscle and work in a series going back and forward with little rest in between. worked: back (upper and lower), chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, hamstrings, calves, tigh, butt, etc.
I am still trying to find a roommate/place to live... arrrghhh so stressing... Apologies for all of those who check my logs and send me "inspire me" notes. I haven't been around BT that often as usual and not even training consistently. Hopefully I will be able to fix this situation soon and get back to spend my regular hours at BT! :)

Hilly course in VT. Climb 4500 ft in different long uphills

I had a blast doing that ride. Very difficult climb and the loop had several rolling hills... I am totally out of cycling shape and I was about to bunk towards the end. I felt fine aerobically but my legs were toasted. That’s it! I am getting back to training, as I don’t like to be the one far behind trying to catch up with the group. My HR was about to pop out of my chest and in he last big hill I just couldn’t climb anymore… I bailed :(
