AM meeting in a conference room with 6 out of 8 people sick dam it! (cough and sneezes all over the place) Good thing I packed a water bottle with ariborne before just in case, so let's hope it does work as everyone says. I CAN'T GET SICK AGAIN!!!

Easy run at lunch cuz I forgot my swim bag (duh!) The run was ok but I am not feeling 100% but I hope is due to the Meds. My HR was very low which I hope it is not indicative I’ll get sick again…

EVERYONE at my office is sick, #$%@& and I can feel the viruses floating all over the place. I already purell all my place! We are on a temporarily office space as our offices are been renovated so we are on a smaller place and as much as I want to stay away from the sick coworkers well I can’t. I REALLY can’t afford lose anymore training days other wise FL 70.3 won’t be pretty… Maybe I should start wearing a face mask!

Definitely feeling a lot better although I have a choppy voice. I chat with a friend MD yesterday and she adviced to skip the race as it was going to be a HARD effort. I'll do an easy ride later on and get ready to hit a big training month!

4th and hopefully last sick day... I've been taking some cough/chest medicine and it seems to be working although I think I am loopy from it! :) I'll rest one last day in hopeS to be ready to race tomorrow...

March 30

3rd sick day uugghhh. Feeling a bit better than yesterday but def sick and I don't want to force a workout as I rather be patient and get better. Since I had a porr night of sleep I took the day off and I am at home resting, hoping be ready to roll tomorrow AM for my long ride and Sunday for a fast 5 miler. I have a gazillion days off anyway so I might as well use them...
