nothing much to report this AM. I got to work early to complete a few projects before we close the fiscal year and I'll leave early to do some pending stuff (shopping :)). My legs feels ok this AM, I used the trigger point thingys to massage it last night and will do the same this afternoon before my run.
no run today, backed off a bit so i can run on thur to sunday

E pace run
after my run last noght I had some discomfort on my ankle/calf but I stretched it and this mornnig felt fine. Right now it feels ok and since I am itching to run again I will go for a short 20-25 min run all easy pace.
mild leg discomfort when running. same dealio as all year...

Run focus begins today! I just ran 5x last week all easy and for less tha 25 min but the legs felt good. I've bee doing stretching and strengthing with elastic band for my ankle/calves to try to prevent any of the weird pain/injury that has bothered me for the entire year.
