fun day at the coaching seminar, lots of info, networking and even a night out in NYC with some pro athletes/coaches I met at the seminar. FUN times :)

E pace run
Today my back feels almost back to normal. I am a bit sore from all the cracking and ART massage from yesterday but overall I feel good. My legs post run yesterday are also feeling good and so far no signs of my leg injury. I am hoping this whole issue was caused by my hip misalignment and I can get back to my normal self training wise.

back feels better but still a bit achey. It is weird how this came out of no where, but I think Heidi is right, I am just fgetting old! :)
Anyway, yesterday barely do anything and basically just laid down all day with ice packs. Today I am back at the office and at least I can move around. I have another chiro appointment later today and that should be painful but good. Maybe I'll even go running cuz I am itching to exercise.
On another note, I've been working on a project for coaching and it is going very well, I am hoping to have it all set and ready for January 1st.
got another Chiro/ART appointment and wow, I feel a million times better! The guy I've seen is actually a triathlete so it is pretty cool as he understand exaclty where I am coming from. Today he work on my entire body as he believes my issue is more of a mechanical issue cuasing my back pain AND my endless leg injuries this year. Apperently I was all fucked up on my hip/back and making me runwith mi hips on my right tilting forward. anyway he basically cracked the hell out of my entire body, work on my hips and straight me over. It felt awesome and even though I am sore as hell when i ran this evening I've felt amazing. I havent felt this lose and fluid in a while, anyway I have another appt on Monday. Oh and my leg pain was non existent today!

went to the Chiro and all I can say is ouch but I feel better today

I dont' know what's wrong with my lower back but I couldn't hardly have any sleep last night and all day it is been killing me. The pain is so bad I can barely walk or lay down, ugh. maybe a pinched nerve?

another run of my preparation period is in. Leg bothered me but not as much as before. Pace was fast and it fely easy which is good. I think tomorrow I might take a day off if i feel like I need to. the goal is to continue to get time under my legs and set my fitness and body to handle greater loads in a few weeks :)
