ok day, feeling better and was able to ride the trainer for 45 min. had a bit of breathing issues towards the end but got better with inhaler

1500 on 20 min

feeling a bit better today, at least I've been able to eat chicken soup and dont have bad stomatch cramps. I went to swim cuz I havent swim in so long and it felt ok considering I feel a bit weak and unmotivated. I was able to clock 20 min for a 1500 straight swim and felt comfortable until the last 400 yds when I had trouble breathing due to reflux.

Thanks for the inspires, I havent spent too much time on BT but I'll try to catch up soon :)
