bad bad bad headache... damn allergies/sinuses...
after work I went home and basically SUAT. I packed my bike and drove to Concord to do the Charles Baker TT. I did 1 loop 1st and rode 5 miles easy and 5 miles I rode @ 250 watts as warm up. Then I did the TT and it went well, I avg 264 watts (not the best but solid) and my speed was 24.6 mph which was good considering it was windy. All in all a good solid threshold session

Climb to the clouds ride

late night last night, lazy morning this AM and now it is time to do some training. Dont know what or where I'll do just yet, but I packed all my gear and i am about to hit the road right now on my riding lots weekend quest :)
Fun ride but duuuuuudddeeeee I am in no shape to ride that long, well I am but not riding as hard as I did at first :)  I felt like crap at mile 55 and still had another 20 miles to go but I did it and it was almost fun. The ride has lots of turns, stop and rolling terrain and very few places where you can get into a nice steady rhythm, some of the climbs are not long but very steep and many come after mile 50 which makes it more challenging. I rode my road bike but I wish i would have placed the 12-25 casette instead of the 11-23 lol.

Leg is hurting today... wtf! this stupid leg injury is so weird, it is like it has a life of its own and only arises when it feels like it. Anyway, I'll swim and bike today; just keep on focusing on what I can do.
today it was the day I shall no train :) I went to the pool but it was closed so no swim, leg is hurting so no way I could run and while starting my ride after work to do my threshold session my seat post clamp for my DA broke hence no way I could ride. I did go to FastSplits were Brian hooked me up with a new clamp (thanks!) and I am good to go for the weekend. Oh well, I haven't get a day off in like 3+ weeks so I'll take it to take care of the leg and be 100% recovered to have a big training weekend starting tomorrow...
