Steady run at the Battle Road trail in Concord.

I ran with Matt, Austin, Joe and Brett. I stayed with M/A/J for the 1st 3 miles as we started at 7:20s and then dropped the pace to 7s. By the time we were around mile 4 they were around 6:40s so I began to drop back and eventually I had to slow down. I then settled into a comfortable pace and I am guessing I was running around 7s as I didn't have watch with me. I saw the time when I got back and ran 1 hr on the dot. Legs felt fine until the end that I ran out of gas; normal as I haven't run that fast or on am empty tank early AM in a while. Also,I am surprised I managed 7s for 8+ miles, but I can tell I am still out of shape but work will get me there! Now time for some mega stretching and some work!
