No swims this well or last. Its my strong point so not terribly worried, but I do need to get in at least one swim a week. Goal this coming well, get in all biking and running plus one swim. Not a bad week of training over all.

Was scheduled for a 40.5 mile ride. Came up short by about 2 miles due to a flat and just had wife pick me up. Good ride until it ended.
