Goal was to work Dreamy draw and squaw peak preserve climbs. Then manage a decent speed the rest of the way through.

Not a bad week overall. I missed 1 bike and 1 swim. I have a total of 2 swims and 2 rides planned for each week... if i can get 3 of the 4 in, I'll be super happy. I want to continue to try and get in all of my 3 planned runs each week. 35 days left until the olympic tri out in CA
