Not a bad week overall. I missed 1 bike and 1 swim. I have a total of 2 swims and 2 rides planned for each week... if i can get 3 of the 4 in, I'll be super happy. I want to continue to try and get in all of my 3 planned runs each week. 35 days left until the olympic tri out in CA

Run was 6 miles, (22 min run/1 min walk) .25 mile warm up and warm down walks.

All in all it didn't feel that bad. Avg pace was 9:38 min miles for the actual run portion of it. Time for the 6 mile run was 57:52
