Meet up group ride.  we had 12 folks ...pretty nice ride.  different riding with people...plus we road to a crepe place..stopped and ate then continued on.  long day for not a lot of miles...but i am not training for IM so who cares right?!?

got my 56 miles in today...so that was the goal.  forgot to start my watch so 10- miles short on the computer.

'Mock' Tri in Vancouver USA.  1/2 mile swim...thought I started my watch..but apparently I didn't.  Swim was good.  never panicked.  started out slow...then sped up. it was a good successful first open water swim of the season.

bike was good.  felt strong the entire ride.  no down times.  had 2 gus + 210 power 

Run...well..calves tight 1.5 miles then tingle feet. boo.  but still made good time.

 

Glad I did it...but i like being timed and getting bling!
