Long run part road part trail run. No bonk today at the end. Felt strong on this run, need to have better control of my pace and HR. I went out a little fast and pushed a little too hard on some of the hills. If I am going to have more left in the tank I will need to watch what I am doing. On the great side I feel I had better fueling on this run. Plenty of cals and water.

A mile run with 4 year old daughter in a fun run.

What a great day of running I had a great 20 mile run.  But what was even better is thw Basic 5 fun run that all my 4 kids ran in.  all of them did great.  My oldest so was able to place 2nd over all and only 15 seconds behind the fist place winner by 15 sec.  the winner was in the 13-14 age group and my Tren was in the 9-10.  My other kids placed in the top 6 of their own age group.  I ran with my youngest daughter Bailey 4 and she only stopped to walk 2 times so her friend could catch up.  She was very determined to run the whole way and made me very proud of her.

Ran with Aaron and what a great run. Legs felt great and HR was in the correct zone and level. Training is starting so it's signs of success. Starting to fell good about training and working.
