Took out the MTB knobbies on the road. I rode this route probably about 100 times on the tri bike and i never realized how much i never noticed until today. I like these slow rides on a more upright bike. My back tolerates it much better too!

Watched the Green Bay Marathon today - Amy, my mom and some friends were running.  They called off the race at 9:30am due to heat - it was 81F and about 50% humidity at the time.  I guess the early heat really got to people around here. I mean, just look how much wait I lost from yesterdays run and it was 10F warmer this morning.
