8:22am---I love having such an excited life. Little Aaron is as happy as can be today and really upset I won't let him go to school. Last night, Avery said her stomach hurt and so I knew it was coming and it did. She is sick. I'm praying Anna is skipped since she has a really cool field trip tomorrow.
I've got to get a good ST/core workout in today. Glad I can do this from home.

Well, my day has had a turn for the worst. I'm now in bed with fever and nausea. I was lucky enough to not get it from my two-year old before the race. So I should be thankful but this SUCKS!
Yesterday was my day of excess and now I'm back on track. Still a little sore so I think I'll go for a swim and see how that feels.was able to race a great race.
