I needed to get a long run in and so I went out after dinner. I felt good the whole time. I stayed between a 9:50 to 10 minute pace.

I tried the new bike. My back actually felt okay for the first hour. Gradually the pain began to come back. I do like the way I was set up. I didn't feel like I was reaching so much like the first bike.
Today we dropped Avery and Anna off at tri camp. They are still not sure if they want to sleep over. I hope they do but if I know Avery she will want to sleep at home. I don't think I would have done an over night camp when I was 9. Will see.

Took the QR Tequilo bike out and felt the same with my back. I stopped and stretched a few times which seems to help.
I really do love riding in aero. It just feels good. I' know my average is probably a little higher because my stops are included in the time. I need to update my Garmin software to fix this.
