Rode my bike on the trainer since the weather was yucky.
Started to rain when I was on the bike but I braved the weather and ran in the rain. Ran hard.

This is my time when I reset the computer. I went to WILCO to do some speed intervals. My legs were pretty tired from the beginning of my ride but I gave it my all.
Masters-I'll post my workout later if I can remember it.
I'm putting my ride in two parts because I somehow reset my computer. Very frustrating since I'm very anal about knowing exact distances. Oh well.

Crazy winds but no rain..
quick transition to run. Aaron joined me which was good. He slowed me down. I tend to go out too fast.

Quick run off the bike, legs felt good.
Lots of hills. My back was really hurting between 2-3 hours. I stopped at two rest stops. Nutrition went well. My legs are tired.
