2:50pm..Today was filled with doctor appointments and school things. I'm scheduled for a bike ride but the wind is horrible and I really feel like taking it easy before my ride tomorrow. It will be the longest distance I've ridden on my bike. I'll see how the back holds up. The weather should be great. Cold to start but the wind is supposed to die down. I'm looking forward to it~

Busy morning getting the kids off. Today my oldest is taking the TAKS test so she was a little nervous this morning. She's a great writer so I'm not worried. I have a run with hill repeats scheduled that I'll do while Avery is at practice.

I'm putting my ride in two parts because I somehow reset my computer. Very frustrating since I'm very anal about knowing exact distances. Oh well.

3:00pm..Workouts done for today. My swim was good. I really pushed myself and I was tired when I was finished. You know it's a good workout when you're sweating after swimming. My legs were tired and so it took my a while for my legs to warm up on the bike. The intervals on the bike were really fun. 9:23am..I'm about to leave for swim and then coming home to ride doing some intervals. Weather is quite chilly but manageable. I'm just happy the wind has died down some.

quick transition to run. Aaron joined me which was good. He slowed me down. I tend to go out too fast.

5:51pm..I got my ride/run in with no rain. We went to church and then to Zilker Park to see the Kite Festival. Perfect day for kite flying. We stopped for gelato on the way home. YUM! 8:30am..I'm headed out to do my brick. It's windy but not raining so that's good. The forecast calls for rain so I better get going..
