I've finally caught up with my logs. I hadn't logged since Dec. 21st. Everything is going great with my marathon training. I'm hitting my goals and that's a great feeling. I'm starting to think about tri season,yikes! I guess I should dust the cobwebs off my bike and find my goggles...
January 11
4 mile warm up with 4:15 pacers. Next 14 at MGP. Last two miles cool down.
Today's race went really well. I started with the 4:15 pacers and stayed with them until the 10 mile mark and then started running at my MGP which is a 9:30. That went really well. I was actually having to slow myself down at times. I started my cool down at mile 18 and then around mile 19 the pacers caught up to me and I couldn't resist finishing with them. I know a 4:15 is attainable for my marathon....maybe faster!

I'm so happy with my TT. I took off 1:30 from my first TT in September at the beginning of my training. It also puts me at a 4:00 marathon prediction...YAY!!!
