Tried out new aero bars. Disappointed in avg. speed but fought a head wind coming home. The aero bars seemed to keep my hams fresh. I felt I could have done a run after.

Yeah I know, this weeks training volume took a nose dive. The good news is-- I now have boxes of my published books! And I've gone aero. My first long ride with them will be Sunday--five hours worth. Wish me luck.
