IMCDA left me with low immunities and as a result I've been battling a cold or something. I think I'm finally winning but will wait until Monday to hit the training again.

My left ankle is still sore to touch from IMCDA so I'll be hitting the pool this afternoon. I'm also going to be training with the BT HIM 20 week course just to maintain my fitness.

My race report is up for all to read. I'm scheduled for a massage this morning but I'm afraid it will hurt too much!
I absolutely hurt every where, even my abs hurt to touch. But the medal feels oh so good! Give me time to do a race report and you can read all about it.
