I forgot to pack a shirt, so I did not get to exercise at school.  Plus the locker rooms were closed because of a basketball game, so I could not swim.

I increased the weight on the leg press from 120lbs. to 150lbs. 120lbs. was too easy. I forgot to do the gluteal kickbacks, clam shells, and jump rope.
