I really don't like my training plan swims. There is way too much warm up, then a short main set and a short cool down. I keep forgetting to print out the workouts, so I have to use my old workouts. Today I just decided to do what I want. I quickly got bored so I made it a short swim
I did set a new PR for the 100 (1:17:54) :)
My RHR is still high (54) I feel like crap, so I am going home today. I have a bike and run tonight so I should rest up
I was going to do the spin class and run but I still wasn't feeling good so I just rode on the trainer
I am back from Riverside. I finished my certification test in only 3 hours. I don't know if I passed it or not, but I'm glad it's over.
I slept like crap, now I feel like crap. My RHR is through the roof so I think I am getting sick

I have been racking my brain trying to think of a way to get in some training while I am up north taking my certification test tomorrow. I was thinking if the hotel has a gym I can squeeze in something. After yesterday's long ride and today's run, I'm pooped physically. I think I might actually take a rest day tomorrow...we'll see
