That was a very relaxing weekend. I did almost nothng on Sunday. I really needed that, but now I need to get back into some sort of workout routine. This week will be a little crazy with the holiday in there, but I will try to get more consistant with my workouts.

I have also decided to not stress over my weight. I am happy with my size now, so the weight doesn't really matter. I would like to get more cut, so I will continue to lift, but I am not weighing myself every day...as long as my pants still fit :)
