I was still on 24/7 kid patrol as Danette continued her knee surgery recovery. I did get 30 minutes spinning in at 10:30. Not much of a week of workouts. :-(

I'm hoping that tomorrow she will be in good enough shape that I can run for a couple of hours. :-)  I want to get one really good run in before the 10K on Sunday.

Woke up early to get my trainer ride for a big ring drills. I hate these! However, I have no problem spinning and I need to pick up my strength to improve my bike. However, these suck!

I'm off to the hospital today with my wife.  She is getting her knee repaired.  Soon she'll be out running again!

I ran from work to the tunnel on the canal bike path and back.  Interesting that both sides of my knees were sore during the first part of the run.   It has been a while since I have had this problem.  I switched to new shoes--but they are the same brand and size as before...  I'll have to watch this.
