I ran at lunch from home around the resevior and back.  I made it about 4 miles and almost yacked.  I think I bonked.  I had only 4 cups of coffee and toast this morning.   It wasn't a good thing!  We've all been there!  I walked the last two miles or so.

I'm hoping that tomorrow she will be in good enough shape that I can run for a couple of hours. :-)  I want to get one really good run in before the 10K on Sunday.

I'm off to the hospital today with my wife.  She is getting her knee repaired.  Soon she'll be out running again!

I ran from work to the tunnel on the canal bike path and back.  Interesting that both sides of my knees were sore during the first part of the run.   It has been a while since I have had this problem.  I switched to new shoes--but they are the same brand and size as before...  I'll have to watch this.
