Plank challenge day 15. First time I got the 5 minutes in without rests.

Another wild day of water polo. Instead of watching my daughter playing, it was parents vs the girls at the end of the season party.

My daughter practically drowned me! Most of the girls are on the high school team that were the Northern California team.

Amazingly the parents won by 2 goals! It was 9 adults playing--but we had three olympic players on our team and the kids two coaches. I love living in CA! Our goalie was a rockstar--he played in the Olympics in 2000.

the big surprise was that this guy scored a goal and had three assists. Our girls coaches did a great of taking a noob and showing me the basics!

I will sleep well tonight!

I went to a different bosu class. I liked the instructor and am not too sore today. It was about 1/3 bosu, 1/3 general strength and 1/3 stretching.

I did a track workout--and had serious GI distress. I felt like crap, so I cut it back and headed into the office. 2 x 800 (7:45, 7:49) and 2 x 400 (7:48, 7:44). I screwed up the garmin--so the distance and time is a complete swag.

Plank day 14. I thought about counting yesterday's core workout as day 14--but decided not to. This was the first time I did the first three minutes without a break!
