Track day! Everyone was tired... One person just qualifed for Boston; another one had Vineman this weekend and a third had just came back from Italy.

Day 5 of the plank challenge. I did the first plank barefoot and then started the second. I got a stitch right away. Then, I put shoes on and did the next three as written. I did take a slightly longer break before the last set.

Got out there this morning and swam before work. Nothing exiting, a simple 1/3 of mile.

I am getting the early signs of plantar facetious. It is in my right foot this time--which is new. ALso, I have about a 1/2 of concentrated pain on that shin too. Hopefully this will go away soon.

Plank challenge--day 3. It felt more difficult--I had to put my leg down on the 5th set today with about 15 seconds left. I am not where near holding the poses with limited rest.

Day 2 of the planks challenge. Must more difficult. I did the left hand side first--but had to take a quick break on the right side. Also, had to put the knee down on the push up position for a brief second.

Plank challange day 1 out of 20 (1 minute each of elbow, left side, elbow, riight side, push up), I am targeting 20 days this month. Good news is that I was able to hold all of the planks--except the left side--which I held for about 50 seconds). Bad news was I took significant recovery time before doing the next sets.
