Bike for the first time outside--my bike needs a little carbon paste on the seat post--but ran ok. spun for a little bit to see if it would squeak less. No such luck.

I have some serious work to get back into biking shape before Pac Grove.

Ran track at Las Lomas. I saw a IVST parent out there--for the life of me I can't remember her name. 4 strides, 2 x 0.5 (7:34, 7:44), 2 x 1 (7:57, 7:59). The rest of the run was a 8:20--which I got done at 8:26. Overall I exceeded my intervals--and all felt well

Spin class with Celine. This was my first time on a bike since February. I was pretty much spent by the end of the class. She did a nice job balancing sprints/hills/recovery.

Did Celiene's core stretching class today. The plank challenge seemed to make this class easier. Of course, she was coming off a 5 week vacation. We'll have to see if she brings the beat down next week.
